• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics departments of universities,
• Preferably with at least 2 years of field and construction site experience in industrial roof SPPs,
• Will be able to work actively at our existing and/or to be opened SPP construction sites throughout Turkey.
• Experienced in the implementation, installation and energizing phases of projects containing DC, LV and MV systems in applications involving electrical infrastructure systems, especially in SPP projects, and having the infrastructure to continuously audit,
• Have work and time planning and effective coordination skills in construction site management,
• Having knowledge of EMRA, EIGM, TEDAŞ regulations,
• Practice knowledge, time management, initiative and solution-oriented progress,
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD programs,
• Having verbal and written communication skills to report,
• Have strong communication, problem solving, initiative and decision making skills,
• No travel barriers,
• Able to keep up with stressful and flexible working hours,
• Giving importance to task sharing and working as a team,
• Competent in conflict and crisis management,
• Being able to work full-time at the construction site in every region of Turkey, without any travel restrictions,
• Absence of military obligation is preferred for male candidates.
• B-class driver's license and can actively drive
• To ensure that the works at the construction site are carried out in accordance with the work schedule,
• To distribute and coordinate tasks among the teams at the construction site,
• To ensure that subcontractors perform their work in accordance with the contracts, projects and details, to control them with continuous audits,
• To carry out relations with public institutions and organizations in the region where the construction site is located,
• To use and ensure that the tools, equipment and materials given for use at the construction site are in accordance with their purpose and correctly,
• To ensure that the temporary acceptance of the work is done without any disruption,
• To have the defects and deficiencies in the provisional acceptance corrected or completed in due time,
• To prepare additional projects, details and changes to be made at the construction site,
• To follow up the materials, equipment and projects, to inform the project manager in time for delays and additional requirements and to ensure that measures are taken,
• To deliver the projects, details and all kinds of documents to be given to subcontractors on time, to check the conformity of the projects and details, to correct the problems and conflicts, if any,
• Making necessary warnings and informing the project manager in case the subcontractors do not carry out their activities in accordance with the specifications, program and contract,
• Ensuring communication with the official institutions and organizations that the construction site is affiliated with on environmental and OHS issues, and representing the construction site on behalf of the company in this regard.
